Also known as Passiflora incarnata which helps calm the mind and nerves, reduce sleeplessness, and decrease the time it takes to fall asleep while promoting deeper sleep.²

Ashwagandha

Contains clinically researched Ashwaganda KSM-66®.

Chamomile

Matricaria chamomilla helps calm the mind and nerves, reduce restless sleep, and promote refreshing sleep.²

Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium glycinate supports nervous system funciton and wellbeing.

Usage & Safety

Directions & Warnings
  • Kids 5-11 years: one 2.5 g scoop. Teens 12-15 years: two 2.5 g scoops.
  • In the evening 30 minutes before bed, mix with 200 mL warm milk, a milk alternative, or water and consume immediately.
  • Recommended for ages 5-15 years. 
  • Contains: soya beans, phenylalanine, sulfites and sugars (137 mg per 2.5 g dose and 274 mg per 5 g dose).
  • Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.

What makes the Jr range different to the normal range?

The kids range contains different targeted ingredients that have scientific and traditional evidence behind them, specifically for children aged 5–15. The formulas were built with this age group in mind rather than simply adjusting the adult product.

From what age can children take this supplement?

Voomie Jr has been formulated for children aged 5–15 years, based on children’s developmental stages and nutritional needs during those years. We know kids can vary a lot in size, but Voomie Jr is designed based on age rather than weight.

Can it be taken alongside ADHD medication or stimulants?

Voomie Jr was formulated with our community in mind, including knowledge of the medications that are commonly used by many families.
