Directions & Warnings

Kids 5-11 years: one 2.5 g scoop. Teens 12-15 years: two 2.5 g scoops.
In the morning, mix with 200 mL of water, juice, or a smoothie daily and consume immediately.
Recommended for ages 5-15 years.
Tropical Sunrise contains: sulfites and sugars (94 mg per 2.5 g dose and 188 mg per 5 g dose).
Strawberry Sunrise contains: sulfites and sugars (85 mg per 2.5 g dose and 169 mg per 5 g dose).
Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.
