Kids 5-11 years: one 2.5g scoop. Teens 12-15 years: two 2.5g scoops.
- In the morning, mix with 200mL of water, juice, or a smoothie daily and consume immediately.
- Recommended for ages 5-15 years.
- Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.

- Shake cylinder before use. In the evening, mix the required scoop(s) with 25–50mL of hot water to dissolve the powder. Add 200mL of water, milk or a milk alternative and consume immediately.

my boy is 8 days in to using both the day and night time ones and the changes we've seen are incredible ..
