Delays During Promotional Periods

During peak promotional events — such as Black Friday, Birthday Sale, Afterpay Day Sale and other major campaigns - our warehouse experiences significantly higher order volumes. While we work hard to keep things moving as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be picked, packed and dispatched during these periods.
This extended timeframe may also apply to the weeks immediately following large promotions, as our team processes the increased volume of orders, restocks, returns and customer enquiries.
We genuinely appreciate your patience during these busy times. Our small warehouse team works with care, accuracy and a whole lot of heart to get your Voomie goodies safely out the door.

We are currently shipping our Voomie products to:

  • EU (excluding Estonia, Belgium, and Portugal)

Q: How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

A: We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, processing times may take a little longer but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible and will communicate with you if there are increased delays. We truly appreciate your patience and support.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive once dispatched?

A: Delivery times from collection by Australia Post are as follows:

Within Australia

Standard: 2-6 Business Days
Express: 1-3 Business Days

International 
(we currently only have standard international shipping available)

Australia Post may occasionally experience unexpected delays. For the most current transit times to each country, please visit the Australia Post website.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: As we offer individual products and bundles, sizes of packages will vary. Shipping prices will be displayed at checkout for your product choice and location.

Q: Will I receive order tracking?

A: Yes, all shipped items can be tracked. You will be provided with tracking details post-checkout.

Q: Do you offer any free shipping?

A: We offer free national (Australia-wide) shipping for orders over $150 AUD. We do not offer any free international shipping.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping details at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@voomie.com with your order number and the correct address.
  • We will make every effort to update the address only if your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched.
  • Once fulfilment has begun, we cannot guarantee any changes.
  • Voomie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once received back, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Q: Do I have to pay customs charges?

A: International customers may incur Customs charges which are the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to make sure there are no charges, but you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.

Q: Who is responsible for my order once it has been dispatched?

A: Once orders leave our warehouse, they are the responsibility of Australia Post and are therefore out of our control. If you have selected a tracked delivery option at checkout, you will receive correspondence not only from us but also from Australia Post with your tracking information. Please note – we cannot be responsible for packages that are left unattended by Australia Post. Once an item has been “delivered” via our tracking system, you must consult with Australia Post for any inquiries relating to your delivery.

Q: What happens if my package is returned to your warehouse?

A: Australia Post will only hold your item at the post office for a certain period. If after this period your package is returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for paying for the re-shipping cost back to you.

Q: I’ve ordered pre-order items - when will my order arrive?

A: If your order includes pre-order items, all products in the same order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. Dispatch timelines will be communicated to you at the time of purchase so you'll know when to expect your goodies. Please note that these timelines are subject to change due to circumstances outside of our control.
