  • 1 small carrot, grated

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 130g milk

  • 120g yogurt

  • 30g vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Flow Fuel

  • 10g cream cheese

  • 15g walnuts (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush your Weetbix up into flakes in a jar or container.

  2. Add grated carrot, cinnamon, and milk. Mix well and press firmly into the base of your jar or container.
