Welcome to Voomie Subscriptions – the easiest way to stay stocked up on your favourite supplements to fuel your focus, energy, mood, or sleep (without having to think twice). By subscribing to our products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


How Does the Voomie Subscription Program Work?

Sign up to receive your favorite Voomie products every month—no hassle and no worries about running out or flavors selling out!


Benefits

• 20% discount on every order for founding members who joined Jan 2025.

• 15% discount on every order for the first 500 subscribers during the realunch (April 24th 2025).

• 10% discount on ever order for all other subscribers, indefinitely.


Subscription Reminders

We’ll keep you updated so you never miss a renewal:

14 days before your subscription renews.

7 days before renewal to allow time for changes.

3 days before renewal for any last minute changes.


Payments

• Payments are automatically charged using the secure payment details entered during signup.

• Recurring deliveries are processed and packed without any extra steps required.


Managing Your Subscription

We’ve made it simple and flexible:

Log into your Voomie account to manage your subscription.

Easily skip a shipment, change delivery frequency, swap products, reschedule deliveries, or cancel your subscription anytime.


1. Subscription Overview

By signing up for a subscription, you authorise Voomie to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, according to the delivery frequency you selected (monthly or every two months). Your first payment will be processed immediately at checkout, and your first order will be shipped on the next business day. Subsequent orders will be billed and shipped according to the schedule you choose.

2. Launch Offer Details

  • Our subscription re-launch begins on 24 April 2025 at 6PM AEST.

  • The first 500 subscribers will secure 15% off for the life of their active subscription.

  • Once the 500 slots are filled, the standard ongoing subscription discount will be 10%.

  • Discounts apply to each order processed under your subscription and are not stackable with other promotions or codes.

3. Existing Subscribers (Grandfathered Discount)

  • Customers who joined our original subscription launch in January 2025 with 20% off will continue to receive that discount as long as their subscription remains active.

  • If your subscription is cancelled for any reason, you will no longer be eligible for the 20% rate. Re-subscribing will grant you access only to the current discount available at the time.

4. Flexibility & Customisation

We believe in giving you full control over your Voomie subscription. 

You can:

  • Subscribe to as many products as you’d like—there’s no limit.

  • Choose a monthly or 2-monthly delivery schedule.

  • Edit your products, quantities, or frequency at any time.

  • Pause or cancel your subscription without penalties.

Changes can be made anytime through your Customer Account Portal. Updates must be made at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date to take effect for that cycle.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected frequency unless paused or cancelled.

  • You will receive reminder emails 14, 7, and 3 days before your upcoming renewal.

  • Payments are processed using the billing method saved in your account. To avoid disruption, please ensure your payment details are always up to date.

  • To update payment details, log in to your account and navigate to your subscription. Click 'edit' next to 'Billing' and enter new billing details.

6. Shipping Policy

  • Subscriptions are shipped in line with our standard shipping times. Your first product will ship the next business day upon order confirmation.

  • Subsequent deliveries will be dispatched according to your set frequency.

  • Subscription orders are available internationally, to all countries listed in our Shipping Policy.

To update your shipping address, please do so via your account at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal. To update, log in to your customer portal, navigate to your active subscription and click 'edit' next to 'Shipping Information'.

7. Cancellations & Pausing

  • You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing hello@voomie.com.

  • Pausing will delay future orders until you manually resume the subscription.

  • Cancellations take effect after your next scheduled order if not completed at least 48 hours prior.

8. Refund & Return Policy for Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders are final sale and non-refundable.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on subscription products.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@voomie.com within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly send a replacement.

9. Pricing & Promotional Terms

  • Subscription prices may vary over time due to product or shipping rate adjustments.

  • If a price change occurs, you will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance.

  • Discounts offered through subscription (e.g. 15% off or 10% off) apply only while your subscription is active.

  • Promotional discounts may be time-limited and subject to availability.

10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • The recurring nature of charges until cancelled;

  • The outlined terms above regarding pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and modifications;

  • Voomie’s right to make updates to these Terms & Conditions with appropriate notice.
