So I spent a year staring at and watching Tarah and Bazz in the process, learning that I wasn’t the only person who felt like she did.
So I missed the variety set as it sold out, but the first black Friday sale, I bought an am/pm set. Bedtime Bliss for me is chocolate, which actually tastes surprisingly good in comparison to protein drink chocolate flavours. I use the hot tap, fill it halfway, add a bit of milk and currently use a milk frother to stir it. Nothing else is needed.
I have had major issues with sleep my whole life I started it on the 25th of November 2025, historically the night I don't sleep for like 30 years due to PTSD, other mental health challenges and other factors. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I slept. The whole night, and I woke up refreshed. It was that quick for me. It’s now mid-January, and I have slept pretty much every night with no crazy exhausting dreams (there was one night I forgot to take it; dreams were vivid that night)

So excited for these as a forgetful busy brain the capsules help me really nail getting my mornings and nights sorted.
Quick easy drinks are awesome but easier for my brain to capsules or the Variety parks for my work bag!

I love Voomie and have been using it since the beginning. I have four kidos and work and could never keep up with all the facits of those jobes before voomie. I didn’t even realise it was working till a few weeks into using it when I did a really hard day that would have usually involved many meltdowns and I breezed through, my husband was shocked and now knowticed if I run out. As an AuDHD single Mum of 2 AuDHD tweens, going through multiple life traumas, grief and separation - 3 years ago, I was a different human. Traumatised, overmedicated, and borderline hospitalised from months of coming whisper close to unaliving, I was quite literally on the EDGE of reason when I heard about a little blonde bombshell's whoopsie ordering 2000 water bottles for her new sparkly busy brained business.. I laughed out loud and scrolled on.. because, of course, I wouldn't be neurodivergent if I didn't procrastinate a few more months for absolutely no valid reason.. until one day - eyeballs deep, cerebral cortex suffocating in the overwhelm of helping my sister unpack a mountainous world of ADHD chaos in recently moving house - myself and fate did T-bone at the intersection of Box 276 and Unhinged-Overstimulated-Dopamine-Fueled-Meltdown.
