Instructions
Bedtime Bliss
Directions: Mix one 5 g serve with 250 mL of water or, for best taste, prepare with warm milk or a milk alternative, 30 minutes before sleep. Reseal after use. Enjoy cold by first mixing one 5 g serve with 25–50 mL of hot water to dissolve the powder, then add in your cold milk or milk alternative.

I cannot recommend giving Voomie a go highly enough. If you're sitting on the fence and wondering whether it's really worth it, I can honestly say it is! It has become such an essential part of my routine that it's packed for every single trip. My husband always checks that I've brought it/have had it and we even keep an emergency supply on hand (some in my car, some in our caravan, some in my office and of course some at home)!
Flow Fuel has genuinely helped me stay more focused, avoid that afternoon crash, and keep my mind feeling calmer and easier to manage. I find my tasks much easier to manage/prioritise without feeling the extreme urge to do everything at once - it’s made such a difference at work even my colleagues have noticed.

I’ve really enjoyed using the OG Ultimate Bundle. Everything is easy to prepare, the flavours I’ve tried have been enjoyable, and it’s been simple to fit into my daily routine. I especially love having Bedtime Bliss as part of my evening it feels like a little treat before bed while helping me wind down. The products are well presented, the shaker is great quality, and the whole experience has been really positive. I’m already back to order more for myself and the Voomie Jnr for my daughter and can’t wait to try some new flavours!

My 8 year old son was drinking the flow fuel and we got through the strawberry sunrise, I noticed a huge difference in his behaviour and found him to be a lot more manageable. He is now refusing to drink it, I have tried putting it in oats, with milk, a smoothie. In the mornings is a mad rush for work and school. 😭
