I had been looking for natural alternatives for my ADHD diagnosed husband and knew that T & B were working on something along these lines, then Voomie was born and I bought it for the husband, out of curiosity I took it, great taste and easy to take. I have struggled for years to find something that works for me and my silly busy brain that won't be quiet no matter how loud I yell at it to! That is... until I discovered Voomie.
I have been using Voomie for over twelve months now and can confidently say it has been an absolute game-changer!
I use my morning Flow Fuel added to either a drink, smoothie or mixed with yoghurt and berries (so yummy!) and my concentration is focus is the sharpest it's ever been. I still write lists (don't we all do that?) but can easily get through them without being distracted and foggy.
I don't suffer the 'afternoon crash' anymore, my days just roll from night into day now, and at night-time there's no fiddling around with different medications or quantities etc, I just use my Bedtime Bliss flavours added to a hot chocolate, or mixed with some cocoa and Greek yoghurt (it's just like chocolate yoghurt, but helps you sleep!) and after about 30 minutes of taking it my mind quietens and I become tired and sleepy.
That's right, for everyone up the back - my mind QUIETENS!
I can switch off, read a book, or watch TV, even doom scroll on my phone (I've stopped doing this as much since using Bedtime Bliss) and not be overstimulated and wide awake all night and go to sleep.
