Can I subscribe to bundles?

Even better, you can build your own bundle for subscriptions! Visit the Build Your Bundle page, add your favs to the cart, watch the discounts stack up and select subscribe.

What discount do I get if I subscribe?

Subscriptions include an ongoing 10% discount, as well as stacked discounts - the more products are in your subscription, the higher the savings!

I’m already on a subscription from the original launch - do I keep my 20% off?

Yes! Your 20% discount is locked in as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, you’ll need to rejoin at the current rate.

Can I subscribe to more than one product?

Absolutely. Choose as many products as you’d like by shopping Flow Fuel and/or Bedtime Bliss, or build the routine that works best for you using our Build Your Own Bundle.

Can I add a one-time product to my subscription?

You sure can! You can add any Voomie accessories such as water bottles, shakers and mixers as a one time purchase at the start or during your subscription. If you have an active subscription and would like to add one a one-time product, simply log in to your customer portal, click 'edit products' and scroll down until you see the 'Add To Your Next Order' section. Here you can add on a one-time bottle, shaker or mixer!

What frequency can I choose for deliveries?

You can choose between monthly or every two months.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Simply log in to your customer account and click the 'More' button below your subscription. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@voomie.com and we’ll help you out.

Can I change what’s in my subscription?

100%! You can swap products, change the quantity, or update your delivery schedule anytime via your account portal.

How will I know when I’m about to be charged again?

We’ll send reminders 14, 7, and 3 days before your renewal. We know you’ve got a busy brain - we’ve got your back.

Can I return my subscription order?

Subscription orders are final sale. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right - just reach out to us at hello@voomie.com.

Do you ship subscriptions internationally?

Yes! We ship subscriptions to all countries listed in our Shipping Policy.

How do I update my shipping or billing info?

Log in to your account and navigate to your active subscription. Click 'edit' next to 'Shipping Information' or 'Billing' to update.
