Magnesium Triple Blend - 225mg

Our Chocolate Bedtime Bliss includes a triple blend of Magnesium BisGlycinate (160mg), Magnesium Threonate (52.5mg), and Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (12.5mg). These forms of magnesium are often recommended for its benefits in promoting relaxation and supporting healthy sleep patterns. It's well-known for being more easily absorbed and gentler on the stomach compared to other forms of magnesium. Magnesium itself plays a crucial role in numerous biochemical reactions in the body, including the regulation of neurotransmitters, which are critical for calm and relaxation.

Passionflower Extract - 60 mg/serve (≅3 g dry herb)

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help promote relaxation and to aid sleep. It is often recommended for its calming effects, which can help in managing anxiety and improving sleep quality. Additionally, due to its potential soothing effects on the nervous system, it is sometimes used to help maintain a healthy mood balance.

Zinc - 5 mg/serve

Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) - 187.5 mg/serve (≅6 g dry root)

    My first-ever Voomie order arrived today—finally! It took almost three weeks to get here, but I’m in Ireland, so that makes sense.

    First off, I love the steel cap on the packaging. It stops the powder from going everywhere when you open it—major win.

    I made my first coffee using the Vanilla Caramel flavour and oh my ***… it’s so good. Way better than I expected, to be honest 😍

    Now here’s hoping it actually works for my overactive brain and I can get some proper sleep tonight. Still waiting on my Triple Vanilla order for the daytime—so my brain can actually function like a normal human.

    Honestly, it’s a never-ending cycle: needing help to switch on and needing help to switch off 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

    So overall I would say that the bedtime bliss is a success in terms of it actually working in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep!! 💓

    A few comments:

    When my containers arrived (bedtime bliss and flow fuel) they did have some of what I presume to be excess powder on the outside of them, and I noticed that one container seemed to have a little more product than the other - but seeing as this is a small business started by a person with ADHD like myself, I totally understand a few quality control mishaps lol.

    And then the taste of the bedtime bliss vanilla caramel is a little weird. When you drink it, it tastes sour and then the aftertaste is vanilla and smooth..? it's interesting 😂

    I THINK I've figured it out though? I think adding a decent amount of milk and making sure it's thoroughly mixed in has solved more of the sour taste.

    But other than that it DOES work for me and and I'm super glad because it seems like this is the healthier sleep aid over melatonin! 💖

    I’ve followed Tarah & Barry for years. I was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago so their content has been such a blessing to me and has helped me so much. So when they announced their business, I knew whatever it was, I was going to support them. I purchased Voomie’s bedtime bliss, as sleep is a main problem for my zoomie brain.. and can say it has helped assist with a calming/drowsy mood before sleep even though it’s only been a few weeks. I don’t drink it every night, but can tell the difference when I do 🫶🏼

    Voomie has improved my sleep habits, I am able to have some more controlled sleeping which was lacking and combined with the flow fuel helping me get started in the morning it is just amazing. Thanks so much guys for making this amazing product!
