Voomie Easter Egg Hunt Promotion – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Voomie Easter Egg Hunt Promotion (“Promotion”) run by Voomie Pty Ltd (“Voomie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Promotion, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will run from 6:00 PM AEST on Thursday 17th April 2025, until 6:00 PM AEST on Sunday 20th April 20th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Each individual may participate only once during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

During the Promotion Period, Participants may visit the Voomie website at www.voomie.com to search for hidden Easter eggs across various web pages. Eggs may appear on both desktop and mobile versions of the site.

A total of ten (10) Easter eggs are hidden on the site: five (5) real eggs and five (5) fake eggs.

Clicking on an egg will reveal whether it is a real or fake egg. Real eggs will contain a unique discount code, redeemable at checkout.

4. DISCOUNT CODES

Real eggs will grant the Participant access to one of the following limited-use discount codes:

  • 600 codes of 5% off

  • 400 codes of 10% off

  • 300 codes of 15% off

  • 150 codes of 20% off

  • 10 codes of 30% off

5. IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Discount codes are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

  • Each discount code has a pre-set usage limit. Once the limit has been reached, the code will no longer be valid.

Discount codes:

  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

  • Are valid for a single use per customer.

  • Must be applied at the time of checkout. Retrospective application will not be permitted.

  • Have no cash or refund value.

  • Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Must be redeemed by 20th April 2025 6PM AEST unless otherwise stated.
5. LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS

Voomie reserves the right to verify the identity of any Participant and to disqualify any entry deemed to be in breach of these Terms or to have engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the reputation of the Promotion or Voomie.

Participants must not attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion, including but not limited to sharing direct links to Easter eggs, using bots or scripts, altering browser data, or distributing codes through third-party forums.

Any use of automated means, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or programmed participation methods is strictly prohibited.

Voomie’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Participation in the Promotion does not require a purchase. Finding a real Easter egg simply grants access to a discount code that may be applied to a future purchase.

7. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND ERRORS

Voomie is not responsible for any technical difficulties that may affect participation or redemption of discount codes, including (but not limited to) website downtime, internet connectivity issues, browser incompatibility, or device malfunction.

8. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Voomie reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to) technical failures, security breaches, or any other issue beyond its control.

9. LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voomie accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred by any Participant arising from or in connection with the Promotion or the use of any discount code.

10. PRIVACY

Participation in the Promotion may involve the collection of personal information. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Voomie’s Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
