The following terms and conditions apply to the Voomie Giveaway commencing Monday 3rd November 2025 at 6:00 PM AEST and closing Sunday 9th November 2025 at 6:00 PM AEST. The Giveaway is open internationally and administered by Voomie Pty Ltd.

 

1. Eligibility & Entry Requirements

1.1. This Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older worldwide.

1.2. To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:

• Follow @voomiesupplements on Instagram
• Like the official giveaway post
• Tag one or more friends in the comments of the official instagram giveaway post (each tag counts as an entry)
• Sign up to the email and SMS list via the following link: https://voomie.com/pages/giveaway-2025-landing-page
• Bonus Entry: Share the official instagram giveaway post to your Instagram story

1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

1.4. To be eligible for a bonus entry, participants must have their Instagram account set to public so that their entry can be verified.

2.1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes than what is outlined.

2.2. Voomie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an item becomes unavailable during the promotional period.

 

3. Winner Selection & Notification

3.1. The Giveaway closes on Sunday 9th November 2025 at 6:00 PM AEST.

3.2. Winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries and announced on Monday 10th November 2025 via the official Voomie Instagram account at @voomiesupplements.

3.3. Winners will be contacted directly through Instagram and/or email to arrange prize delivery.

3.4. Once the winner is selected, Voomie will tag the winner in an Instagram story on the Voomie account, as well as tagging them as the winner of the Giveaway on the Instagram post.

3.5. Winners must respond to Voomie’s notification within seven (7) days and provide all information required for prize delivery. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant selected at random.

3.6. In the event a prize is forfeited, Voomie reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries and notify the new winner using the same communication method.

3.7. Voomie reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. All prizes will be shipped during the week commencing Monday 17th November 2025.

4.2. Prizes will be shipped at no cost to the winners.

4.3. Voomie is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred outside of Australia.

4.4. Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability of courier services.

 

5. General Conditions

5.1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

5.2. Participants are encouraged to remain vigilant of fake accounts. Winners will only be contacted by the official Voomie Instagram account @voomiesupplements.

5.3. Voomie accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

5.4. Voomie reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this Giveaway or these terms at any time without notice.

5.5. All decisions made by Voomie are final and binding.

 

6. Privacy & Data Use

6.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that their personal information (including name, email, phone number and social media handle) may be collected and used by Voomie for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

6.2. Entrants who subscribe to the Voomie email list consent to receiving marketing communications, including updates, promotions and offers.

6.3. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time via the link provided in emails or by contacting hello@voomie.com.

7. Jurisdiction Clause

7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

7.2. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
