Voomie Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Product Launch: Vanilla Flow Fuel – Launching Thursday, 22nd May 2025 at 6:00pm AEST
Thank you for choosing to pre-order products from Voomie Pty Ltd. By placing a pre-order through www.voomie.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Definition of Pre-Order
A pre-order is a purchase made for a product before it becomes available for general release or shipping. Pre-ordering reserves your item and guarantees priority fulfilment once stock becomes available.
2. Product Information
2.1. Vanilla Flow Fuel is available for pre-order beginning Thursday, 22nd May 2025 at 6:00pm AEST.
2.2. This product is expected to arrive at our warehouse in early June. Once received, the team will begin dispatching all pre-orders in the order they were placed.
2.3. The expected arrival and shipping timeframe is an estimate only. Actual fulfilment dates may vary slightly based on logistics and production timelines.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Pre-orders must be placed directly through www.voomie.com.
3.2. Payment is taken in full at checkout, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.
3.3. Pre-order items are not eligible for discounts, promotions, or affiliate codes.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
4.1. Orders that include Vanilla Flow Fuel will ship once it is in stock.
4.2. If your order contains other products and you require them sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
4.3. Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are received.
4.4. Partial shipments will not be made. Your order will be dispatched in full once all items are available.
4.5. Orders with express shipping selected at checkout will be prioritised for dispatch once stock is available. Please note this applies to fulfillment prioritisation — actual delivery timeframes remain subject to the carrier.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. All pre-orders are final. They cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged before dispatch, including for change of mind.
5.2. If, in rare cases, Voomie Pty Ltd is required to cancel a pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. product discontinuation, supply chain delays), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Additional Terms
6.1. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
6.2. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
6.3. Our standard shipping and returns policy applies to all pre-orders once shipped.
6.4. The Build-a-Bundle function and subscriptions will remain available during the pre-sale period; however, Vanilla Flow Fuel will not be eligible for inclusion in bundles or subscription purchases.
6.5. Discounts or sale offers are not applicable to pre-orders, including Vanilla Flow Fuel.
7. Changes to Policy
Voomie Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Pre-Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to www.voomie.com.
