The following terms apply to the launch and pre-sale of the Voomie Variety Pack from Wednesday 29th October and are valid until sold out.

 

1. Product & Offer Details

1.1. The Voomie Variety Pack includes all six Voomie flavours:
• Flow Fuel – Mixed Berry, Pineapple, Vanilla (5 sachets each)
• Bedtime Bliss – Chocolate, Vanilla Caramel, Cookies & Cream (5 sachets each)
Total: 30 single-serve sachets per pack.
1.2. The Variety Pack is a fixed set - flavours cannot be customised or substituted.
1.3. This offer is available exclusively at www.voomie.com.
1.4. The Variety Pack will remain available until sold out. Once sold out, no pre-orders, backorders or rainchecks will be offered.

1.5. All pre-orders are currently scheduled to ship in the first week of December 2025. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics delays. If any changes occur, Voomie will communicate updates directly to customers via email.

 

2. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions

2.1. The launch price for the Voomie Variety Pack is $69.95 AUD and a 10% launch discount is automatically applied on the website and will also be reflected at checkout.

2.2. As the 10% launch discount is already applied, no additional discount codes or promotions can be used on the Variety Pack during this period.

2.3. Standard discount codes may still be used on other Voomie products, excluding the Variety Pack, unless otherwise disabled on the website.

2.4. Affiliate links, reward codes and promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been completed.

2.5. Gift cards may be used to purchase the Variety Pack.

2.6. The Variety Pack is not eligible for subscription purchases or the ‘Build a Bundle’ offer.

 

3. Shipping

3.1. This is a pre-order product. Orders will be dispatched and shipped in early December.

3.2. If customers select Express Shipping, it will apply once orders are dispatched, not at the time of purchase. 

3.3. If customers add any other in-stock items to their order alongside the Variety Pack, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the Variety Pack is in stock. Split shipments are not available.

3.5. Free standard shipping is available within Australia for orders over $150 AUD (after discounts/gift cards).
3.6. International shipping costs apply for orders outside Australia.
3.7. If customers choose express shipping, standard express rates will apply - no discount to express fees.
3.8. Items in cart are not reserved - orders are only confirmed once checkout is successfully completed.

 

4. Refunds, Exchanges & Order Changes

4.1. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or flavour preference will be accepted for this product.
4.2. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
4.3. No cancellations, edits, or address changes can be made once an order is placed - please review your order carefully before checkout. 

4.4. If a customer purchases other products before or after this campaign at a different price, no price adjustments, credits or refunds will be provided.

 

5. Stock & Availability

5.1. This is a limited-stock launch. Once sold out, the product will no longer be available.
5.2. Voomie does not guarantee restock or future availability of the Variety Pack.
5.3. Orders suspected to be for resale or bulk purchasing may be cancelled at Voomie’s discretion.

 

6. General Conditions

6.1. Voomie reserves the right to amend, extend or cancel this campaign or these terms at any time without prior notice.
6.2. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details and discounts are applied before completing checkout.
6.3. Customer service and dispatch times may be delayed due to high demand during launch.

 

7. Marketing Communications & Privacy

7.1. By subscribing through our website, customers acknowledge and consent to receiving marketing communications from Voomie, including product updates, promotional offers and early access information.

7.2. Customers may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any Voomie email or by contacting our team directly at hello@voomie.com 

7.3. Customer personal information (including names, emails and contact details) is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://voomie.com/policies/privacy-policy

7.4. By joining the waitlist via the official sign-up form, the customer consents to receive marketing communications from Voomie, including updates and promotions. Consent is obtained through a clearly visible tick box, which must be actively selected by the customer and is not pre-selected. The customer may withdraw this consent at any time.
