The following terms apply to the Voomie Afterpay Day Sale running from Thursday, 13th August 2026 at 8:00am AEST (early access).

1. Promotional Offer Details

1.1. Early access: From 8:00am AEST on Thursday 13th August 2026, customers with the early-access password will receive 30% off the RRP of Voomie Sr range powders. Early access runs for 90 minutes and ends at 9:30am AEST.

1.2. The site will be locked to the public from 7:00am AEST on Thursday 13th August 2026. The early-access password will be shared in the Voomie broadcast channel and Facebook group at 7:45am AEST, and will unlock the site from 8:00am AEST.

1.3. General sale: From 9:30am AEST on Thursday 13th August 2026 until the end of the promotional period, a 20% discount off the RRP of Voomie Sr range powders will be available. No password is required after early access ends.

1.4. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout — no code needed. During early access, customers must enter the site password to access the store.

1.5. Offer is valid exclusively at www.voomie.com.

2. Discount Clarifications

2.1. Discounts apply to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) only.

2.2. Both the 30% early-access discount and the 20% general discount apply to Voomie Sr range powders only. Other products are not included in the sale.

2.3. For already discounted items (e.g. bundles), the applicable discount applies to the RRP, not the reduced price.

2.4. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discount codes, or affiliate links (no discount stacking).

2.5. Gift cards are excluded from the promotion.

3. Gift With Purchase

3.1. Customers who spend over $130 AUD (after discounts) in a single transaction will automatically receive a free electric mixer (RRP $19.95).

3.2. The mixer will be automatically added to your cart when the spend threshold is met.

3.3. Customers can choose between purple or black (subject to availability at the time of order).

3.4. Offer is strictly while stocks last — no rainchecks or substitutions will be provided.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

4.1. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind will be accepted during or after the promotional period.

4.2. Our standard returns policy, in line with Australian Consumer Law, applies to faulty or damaged goods.

4.3. Orders placed at full price before the promotion cannot be retrospectively adjusted to include discounts or the gift with purchase.

4.4. The Instagram order-screenshot refund draw (see clause 10) is a separate promotion and does not entitle any customer to a refund except where they are drawn as a winner in accordance with those terms.

5. Additional Conditions

5.1. Offer available to all customers where we currently ship.

5.2. All orders are subject to stock availability. No rainchecks or backorders will be offered.

5.3. Voomie reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the sale or these T&Cs at any time without notice.

5.4. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure discounts are applied before checkout. Discounts will not be added retrospectively.

5.5. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to items, quantities, or additions.

5.6. No address changes can be made after order placement — please check your shipping details carefully.

5.7. Items in your cart are not reserved. Orders are only confirmed once checkout is completed.

5.8. Voomie may cancel any order that appears to be for resale or bulk purchasing purposes at its discretion.

6. Free Shipping

6.1. Orders over $130 AUD (after discounts) will receive free standard shipping within Australia, per our Shipping Policy.

6.2. This applies to Australian customers only — international orders are excluded.

6.3. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order threshold is met.

6.4. If you choose express shipping, the full express fee applies — free shipping only covers standard delivery.

7. Functionality Restrictions During Sale

7.1. The Build-a-Bundle feature will be temporarily disabled during the promotional period.

7.2. New subscriptions will not be available during the sale and will resume after the promotion ends.

8. Processing and Support Delays

8.1. Please allow additional time for order processing and dispatch due to high demand (3–5 business days).

8.2. Customer service response times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.

9. Payment Gateway Notes

9.1. Due to increased website traffic, some Buy Now, Pay Later providers (including Afterpay) may experience temporary disruptions. If checkout issues occur, please try again or use an alternative payment method.

10. Instagram Order-Screenshot Refund Draw

10.1. Customers who place an order at www.voomie.com can enter the draw for the chance to have their order refunded by sharing a screenshot of their order confirmation to their public Instagram story and tagging @voomie using the "Add Yours" button.

10.2. Entries open at 8:00am AEST on Thursday 13th August 2026 and close at 8:00am AEST on Friday 14th August 2026. Entries received after the cutoff will not be eligible.

10.3. Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

10.4. Each winner will be refunded the value of their order (excluding shipping), to their original payment method.

10.5. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, Voomie reserves the right to redraw.

10.6. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available beyond the order refund described above.

10.7. Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

10.8. This draw is conducted by Voomie Pty Ltd and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
