How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Our amazing warehouse team will be working hard to get orders out the door. With the influx of orders, we’re expecting a 2-5 day delay. Keep an eye on our socials for updates on how the team is going!

What is going to be on sale?

Our whole range of products and accessories will be 30% off RRP. Please note the 30% off sale does not apply to subscriptions, which will be unavailable for purchase From Wednesday 7th May 6PM AEST until Friday 9th May 10PM AEST.

Can I use the 30% off on my subscription?

Unfortunately this promotion is unable to be stacked with any other promotions, including the 10% off subscription offer. To keep things simple and straight-forward, we will be hiding the option to subscribe during this sale period (May 7th 6PM AEST - May 9TH 10PM AEST).

What time does the sale start?

The sale is scheduled to open to the general public at 6PM AEST on 7th May and will last for 60 minutes (ending at 7PM AEST).

Do I need a discount code?

No, you do not! We wanted to make this as easy as possible for our customers so all products will be marked down by 30% ready for you to check out.

What if one of the flavours sells out?

While we have stocked up in preparation for the sale, please note that it is always a possibility to sell out and items aren’t reserved until you complete the checkout process.

I missed the sale!

Can I still have the discount? Unfortunately, the discount is only available during the sale period—so set your alarms! After the 1 hour, the site will be changed to 20% off sitewide until Friday 9th May 10PM AEST.

I’ve made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

Please note once your order has been made, we cannot make amendments! Please ensure before checking out your items and shipping information is correct. If you require any assistance, please email our Customer Service team at hello@voomie.com 

Will the site be locked before the sale?

Yes, please note we will have our website locked for 1 hour before launch. 

The website will open at 6PM AEST.

Will I need a password?

Nope! The website will be live and open at 6PM AEST on Wednesday 7th May.
