The following terms apply to the Voomie Chocolate Bedtime Bliss Relaunch Sale starting Thursday, 25th September at 6PM AEST and finishing after 500 sales of the new Chocolate Bedtime Bliss.

1. Promotional Offer Details

1.1. A 20% discount off RRP will be available on the Chocolate Bedtime Bliss product only, and will only be available for the first 500 orders. The price for Chocolate Bedtime Bliss, as a single or included within a bundle, will be $55.95. All other products are priced at their usual cost.
1.2. Discounts are automatically applied — no code needed.
1.3. Offer is valid exclusively at www.voomie.com.

2. Discount Clarifications

2.1. Discount applies to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) only.
2.2. For bundles, the 20% discount applies to the RRP of the Chocolate Bedtime Bliss, not the entire bundle. Any other flavours included in a bundle will remain the same price as usual ($65 in a bundle of 2, $62.50 in a bundle of 4).
2.3. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discount codes, or affiliate links (no discount stacking).

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

3.1. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind will be accepted during or after the promotional period.
3.2. Our standard returns policy, in line with Australian Consumer Law, applies to faulty or damaged goods.
3.3. Orders placed at full price before the promotion cannot be retrospectively adjusted to include discounts.

4. Additional Conditions

4.1. Offer available to all customers where we currently ship.
4.2. All orders are subject to stock availability. No rainchecks or backorders will be offered.
4.3. Voomie reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the sale or these T&Cs at any time without notice.
4.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure discounts are applied before checkout. Discounts will not be added retrospectively.
4.5. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to items, quantities, or additions.
4.6. No address changes can be made after order placement — please check your shipping details carefully.
4.7. Items in your cart are not reserved. Orders are only confirmed once checkout is completed.
4.8. Voomie may cancel any order that appears to be for resale or bulk purchasing purposes at its discretion.

5. Free Shipping

5.1. Orders over $150 AUD (after discounts) will receive free standard shipping within Australia, per our Shipping Policy.
5.2. This applies to Australian customers only — international orders are excluded.
5.3. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order threshold is met.
5.4. If you choose express shipping, the full express fee applies — free shipping only covers standard delivery.

6. Functionality Restrictions During Sale

6.1. The Build-a-Bundle feature will be temporarily disabled during the promotional period.
6.2. New subscriptions will not be available during the sale and will resume after the promotion ends.

7. Processing and Support Delays

7.1. Please allow additional time for order processing and dispatch due to high demand (3-5 business days).
7.2. Customer service response times may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
