Directions
Bedtime Bliss
Directions: Mix one 5 g serve with 250 mL of water or, for best taste, prepare with warm milk or a milk alternative, 30 minutes before sleep. Reseal after use. Enjoy cold by first mixing one 5 g serve with 25–50 mL of hot water to dissolve the powder, then add in your cold milk or milk alternative.

Voomie contains vegan, dairy-free, soy-free and refined sugar-free ingredients. However, as it's manufactured in a facility that also produces products containing milk and soy, trace amounts of milk and soy may be present.
