With my children were reliant on melatonin gummies to get to and stay asleep. When I couldn't get the one she always used, we have tried multiple different brands but they didnt have the same effect.
Since having a scoop of the chocolate bedtime bliss in their milo at night, both their sleeping has improved, my son is sleeping through the night again and my daughter is asleep within 15-20 minutes of going to bed. Amazing stuff.
