Instructions
Flow Fuel
Directions: Mix one 5 g serve with 200-250 mL of water or, for best taste, prepare with warm milk or a milk alternative. Reseal after use.

Started with mixed berry but tried pineapple for a change. Love them both but pineapple would be my favourite.

If I’m having a mentally slow day, this always helps and I cannot recommend it enough for my fellow ADHDers. I mix mine with 100% orange juice and it tastes great. Absolutely love it. Also recommend getting their mixer because it does a far better job than stirring with a teaspoon (doesn’t leave clumps of powder behind just be careful to just burst the mixer otehrwise your kitchen will become a total splash zone). Love the company since theg seem to work with genuine integrity which is a refreshing change these days.
