Hello all! I finally was able to get my hands on my very first AM/PM Voomie bundle and I am beyond thrilled! First started off with the PM Chocolate Voomie which was decadent and smooth. It is both delicious cold and hot! Within the first 20 minutes my body feels naturally relaxed and ready to wind down for the most restful sleeps I've had in years! My husband is on the PM Voomie bandwagon too!
As for my AM experience, I was lucky enough to fall in love with the first flavour I picked which is the mixed berry! I must admit by day 5 of not noticing anything in myself I became skeptical, but alas! I kept with it and by day 8 I was feeling so focused especially when I drive, I have also noticed that my nervous system has started calming down which has helped me keep a clearer space for mindfulness. I absolutely adore these products and the whole Voomie team and family! Thank you so much for these! I absolutely cannot wait to try other flavours as well!

I’ve been using Voomie Flow Fuel for the past few months, and I’ve genuinely noticed a big difference. My usually busy, overthinking complicated brain feels more relaxed and calm. It’s made a huge impact on my day-to-day life.
I really realised how effective it was when I ran out and had to wait for my next delivery, my head just wasn’t the same without it. This is when i really noticed the difference and thought, that this product does have some serious clout.
I’m really enjoying this calmer, less erratic version of myself, and that’s all thanks to Flow Fuel. Highly recommend giving it a go!

Cute cup, mixer, cylinder, powder and scoop.
Berry flavour was a bit eh, but have vanilla coming next month. Might be good in my morning coffee. (Im not a huge fan of Magnesium anyway, so I knew what I was getting in to).
Over-all feeling? Chilled :) I can actually sit still and watch the grass grow if I want. I don't fly off the handle when over stimulated. When someone asks me to do a task, I don't feel dread and defiance. Its only been 2 days so I might be back to change my review. As far as I've researched, these ingredients take a little while to work properly, improving health and mental health for the long term.

The first time I got Voomie, I was gifted it by my partner. He knows I struggle so much with overactivity in my mind so he got me the Mixed Berry Flow Fuel. Not only does it taste great, but it REALLY helps with my focus and chronic overwhelm. I have several chronic health problems which affect pain levels, sleep, clarity of mind, and I can DEFINITELY tell if I forget to drink it… so much so that I made myself a pretty stand to draw my attention 😅
Since initially trying the mixed berry I have also tried the vanilla FF (my favourite in a whipped coffee or sticky masala chai), the chocolate Bedtime Bliss (new formula - unreal, super chocolatey and smooth) and I have a Pineapple FF and Vanilla Caramel BB in the pantry ready to try.
I am thrilled that these products have been working well for myself and my health, and it’s just an added bonus that they taste fantastic, so it doesn’t feel like a chore.

Been using it for 3 days, one drink in the morning and one at like 1pm / 2pm (UK Time) and feel so much clearler in my mind. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2023 and finally found something that isn’t a pill that will help me focus!!
