These Terms & Conditions were updated on October 21st 2025 to improve clarity around how entrant information is handled.

 

Key updates include:

• A clearer explanation of how entrant data is used and deleted.

• Confirmation that personal stories will not be used for marketing without your prior written consent.

• Added details on email list opt-in, unsubscribe rights, and privacy safeguards.

 

No other material terms have changed, and all entrants remain eligible under the same prize structure and entry conditions.

These updates were made to ensure our Terms & Conditions clearly reflect our original intentions, to protect entrants’ privacy, maintain transparency, and give everyone full confidence in how their information is handled.

Please note: These Terms & Conditions may be further updated. Any future changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last revised” date.

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this giveaway is Voomie Pty Ltd (“Voomie”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 The giveaway is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.

2.3 Employees of Voomie, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.4 By entering, entrants confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and their own original work.

2.5 To be eligible, entrants must not already have received a formal ADHD diagnosis. This initiative is intended to support individuals who have not yet been able to access an ADHD diagnosis.

2.6 Voomie reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may request additional information or documentation to validate an entrant’s eligibility if required.

3. Entry Period

3.1 The giveaway opens on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 at 6:00 PM AEST.

3.2 Entries close on Friday, 24 October 2025 at 4:00 PM AEST (the “Promotional Period”).

3.3 Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period:

• Navigate to the link in our bio OR comment “ADHD” on the giveaway post on Instagram to receive the entry link via DM.

• Complete and submit the entry form with your details and some information about your ADHD journey.

4.2 Only one (1) completed form entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be void.

4.3 Entrants should provide only the details requested in the entry form and must not include medical documents or detailed health histories.

5. Prize

5.1 Each prize consists of a payment of $2,500 AUD. A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded, with one (1) winner selected each week during the promotion period.

5.2 The prize will be paid directly to the winner by bank transfer within fourteen (14) days of being notified as a winner. Winners will be required to provide valid bank account details in order to receive payment.

5.3 The prize is intended to support costs associated with ADHD assessment, diagnosis, or related services (for example: psychological consultations, ADHD coaching, or other relevant professional support). However, once transferred, the funds will be at the full discretion of the winner.

Total prize pool value: AUD $10,000.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 Each of the four (4) winners will be drawn from all valid entries on each of the following dates:

• Friday, 3 October 2025

• Friday, 10 October 2025

• Friday, 17 October 2025

• Friday, 24 October 2025

6.2 The winner each week will be announced on the Friday at 6:00 PM AEST via Instagram Stories and in the caption of the giveaway post.

6.3 Winners may also be publicly acknowledged by their first name and/or Instagram handle, with their prior written consent.

6.4 Each winner will be contacted directly by phone (using the details provided in the entry form).

6.5 The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed, Voomie reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Prize Conditions

7.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other form of compensation.

7.2 Voomie accepts no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the winner in relation to using the prize.

7.3 Voomie accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners if required.

7.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

8. General

8.1 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that if they are selected as a winner, Voomie may share their first name and/or Instagram handle for the purpose of publicly announcing the giveaway results. This will only occur with the winner’s prior written consent at the time of contact.

8.3 Voomie reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

8.4 Voomie reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if circumstances arise outside of its control.

8.5 To the extent permitted by law, Voomie is not responsible for:

• Any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

• Any technical malfunctions or failures.

• Any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with the prize.

8.6 By submitting an entry, participants consent to being added to the Voomie mailing list. Anyone who is on the Voomie mailing list can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email. Unsubscribing after submitting the form will not affect the validity of their entry. All marketing communications comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and include a clear unsubscribe option.

9. Privacy

By entering, participants agree that their personal information (including their name, Instagram handle, and entry form details) will be collected and used by Voomie solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway, contacting winners, and in accordance with Voomie’s Privacy Policy.

9.1 We ask that entrants do not submit any sensitive health or medical information beyond what is specifically requested in the entry form. Voomie does not ask you to provide any medical information or any evidence of having not received an ADHD diagnosis. Please do not send personal “diagnosis stories,” medical records, or other health information via direct message, email, or any channel outside the entry form. Any unsolicited sensitive information received will not be reviewed or considered as part of the entry and will be securely deleted where practicable.

9.2 Personal information and entry responses will not be published, shared publicly, or used in any marketing materials without the entrant’s separate, written consent. Voomie will never post, quote, or otherwise distribute individual stories submitted through this form. 

9.3 Data from entrants who are not selected as winners will be securely stored in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and Voomie’s Privacy Policy. This information will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose beyond lawful recordkeeping. Entrants may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing hello@voomie.com.

9.4 At the conclusion of the giveaway, all responses provided to Voomie by you to the question “Tell us about your journey with ADHD and what support like this would mean to you” will be permanently deleted and destroyed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
