These terms apply to entries made through the organic-channel entry page in clause 5.1. A separate version of these terms applies to entries through paid channels.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Voomie Pty Ltd (ABN 32 672 257 822), Coombabah QLD 4214, Australia (“Voomie”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

2.2 Employees of Voomie, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible.

2.3 Entries from ACT residents are invalid. Any prize assigned to an ACT resident is forfeited.

2.4 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Promotion period

3.1 The giveaway starts at [time] AEST (Queensland time) on 20 October 2026 and closes at 9pm AEST (Queensland time) on 4 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3.2 The 1 in 100 Instant Win may close earlier if all prizes have been awarded under clause 8. The giveaway may also end early under clause 18.

3.3 Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

4. How the giveaway works

4.1 The giveaway has two parts:

the 1 in 100 Instant Win, open to entrants who are not Existing Customers; and
the Customer Draw, open to Existing Customers only.

4.2 An “Existing Customer” is a person who has placed and paid for at least one order on voomie.com before their entry, using the email address or mobile number they enter with.

4.3 We check entry details against our order records and place each entrant in the correct part automatically. Existing Customers are entered in the Customer Draw only and are not eligible for the 1 in 100 Instant Win.

4.4 The 1 in 100 Instant Win is one combined draw across the Voomie and Voomie Jr ranges.

4.5 Entrants choose the product they are most interested in from the full range shown on the entry page, including Voomie Jr products. This choice does not limit how an Instant Win prize can be used.

4.6 If you use your prize on a Voomie Jr product, you must be the parent or guardian of the child it is for.

4.7 Anyone who has already entered the paid-channel version of this giveaway is not eligible to enter this version. Only their first valid entry counts.

5. How to enter

5.1 To enter, visit this page during the Promotion Period:

5.2 On the page:

choose the Voomie or Voomie Jr product you are most interested in from the options shown,
select your state or territory of residence, and
submit a valid email address and Australian mobile number.

Existing Customers enter through the same page. Their product selection does not affect the Customer Draw.

5.3 You will then receive a confirmation email. Your entry is only valid once you confirm it using the link in that email during the Promotion Period. Unconfirmed entries are not included in the giveaway.

5.4 Only one entry is allowed per person across the whole giveaway. This applies to each email address, mobile number, residential address, and device or IP address.

5.5 Multiple, duplicate, automated, bulk, bot or third-party entries will be disqualified.

6. 1 in 100 Instant Win: how winners are chosen

6.1 Winners are selected at random by an automated process when an entry is confirmed. Each confirmed entry is randomly assigned to either the “winner” group or the “non-winner” group.

6.2 On average, 1 in every 100 confirmed valid entries is assigned to the winner group.

6.3 Winner selection is by chance only and cannot be influenced by the entrant.

6.4 Every confirmed valid entrant will receive an email confirming their outcome. Entrants in the non-winner group do not receive a prize or discount.

7. 1 in 100 Instant Win: the prize

7.1 Each prize is one (1) Voomie gift card valued at $100 (incl. GST), issued as a single-use discount code (the “Prize Code”). Each prize also includes a single-use free standard shipping code (the “Shipping Code”).

7.2 The Prize Code can be used on any product or products from the Voomie and Voomie Jr ranges on voomie.com.

7.3 The Prize Code takes up to $100 off the product total of one order and must be used in a single transaction. If the product total is less than $100, the unused balance is forfeited. It cannot be refunded, credited or carried over to a later order. If the product total is more than $100, the winner pays the difference.

7.4 The Shipping Code covers standard shipping within Australia on the same order as the Prize Code. The Shipping Code has a value of up to $[X] (incl. GST).

7.5 Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7.6 Only one prize is allowed per person and per residential address.

8. 1 in 100 Instant Win: prize pool

8.1 A maximum of 1,000 Instant Win prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period.

8.2 The Instant Win prize pool is valued at up to $[100,000 + (1,000 × shipping value)] (incl. GST). This is made up of gift cards valued at up to $100,000 (incl. GST) and free standard shipping valued at up to $[X] (incl. GST).

8.3 Once the prize limit is reached, the Instant Win closes. Further confirmed valid entries from entrants who are not Existing Customers will not receive a prize.

9. Customer Draw

9.1 Three (3) winners will be drawn at random from all confirmed valid Customer Draw entries received during the Promotion Period.

9.2 The draw will take place at [time] AEST (Queensland time) on [date] at [address], by [computerised random selection].

9.3 Each winner receives one (1) Voomie gift card valued at $250 (incl. GST), for use on voomie.com. The total Customer Draw prize pool is $750 (incl. GST).

9.4 The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date it is issued, cannot be used during sale periods, cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not transferable.

9.5 Winners will be notified by email and SMS within [2] business days of the draw, using the details provided at entry. To claim, winners must reply within [14] days of notification.

9.6 If a prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at [time] AEST (Queensland time) on [date] at the same location. Redraw winners will be notified in the same way.

9.7 Customer Draw entrants who are not drawn as winners do not receive a prize or discount.

10. Notifying and claiming Instant Win prizes

10.1 Instant Win winners will be notified by email immediately, or within 24 hours of confirming their entry, using the details provided at entry. The winner email will include the Prize Code and Shipping Code.

10.2 To claim, winners must enter their Prize Code and Shipping Code at checkout on voomie.com before [11:59pm] AEST (Queensland time) on 29 November 2026 (the “Code Expiry”). This applies no matter when the winner was notified.

10.3 The Prize Code and Shipping Code are single use. They cannot be shared or transferred. They can be used together, but cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code or affiliate code.

10.4 The Prize Code and Shipping Code cannot be used during sale periods. Sale periods include [6pm 10 November to 6pm 12 November 2026], [27 November to 29 November 2026], and any other sitewide sale period announced on voomie.com.

10.5 Voomie is not responsible for notification emails or SMS that are delayed, filtered as spam, or not received because of incorrect details provided by the entrant.

10.6 A list of winners for both parts of the giveaway is available on request by emailing [email address].

11. Unused Instant Win prizes

If a winner does not use their Prize Code before the Code Expiry, the Prize Code and Shipping Code expire and the prize is forfeited. Expired prizes are not replaced or returned to the prize pool.

12. Delivery of orders

12.1 Orders placed using a Prize Code will be shipped within 10 business days of the order being placed. They will be shipped to the Australian street address entered at checkout, which must be outside the ACT (no PO boxes).

12.2 Voomie is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by couriers, or for incorrect details provided by the entrant.

13. Verification

13.1 We may verify any entrant’s eligibility, identity, age, residential address or Existing Customer status before a prize is awarded or an order is shipped.

13.2 If an entrant cannot satisfy our verification request within 7 days, their entry may be disqualified and the prize forfeited.

14. Health and product notice

14.1 Products purchased with a Prize Code or gift card are [dietary supplements]. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

14.2 The winner is responsible for checking that the products they choose are suitable for them, or for their child in the case of Voomie Jr products. This includes checking any allergens listed on the label.

14.3 Voomie makes no representation that any product will produce a particular result.

15. Privacy and marketing consent

15.1 By entering, you consent to Voomie collecting your email address, mobile number, state or territory, and product selection. We use these details, together with our order records, to run the giveaway, confirm whether you are an Existing Customer, notify you of the outcome, verify eligibility and deliver prizes.

15.2 You also consent to receive marketing emails and SMS from Voomie. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying STOP.

15.3 Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy at https://voomie.com/policies/privacy-policy.

15.4 We will not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers, such as email, SMS and courier partners, only as needed to run the giveaway.

16. Disqualification

16.1 We may disqualify any entrant who:

provides false or incomplete details, including their state or territory of residence,
breaches these terms,
tampers with the entry process,
uses multiple identities or email addresses, including to change which part of the giveaway they are entered in, or
acts in a way we reasonably consider unfair or fraudulent.

16.2 Our records of entries and outcomes are final.

17. Limitation of liability

17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, Voomie is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from:

participation in the giveaway,
use of a prize, prize code or gift card, or
technical failures, delays, or lost or late entries.

17.2 This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Changes and cancellation

We may change these terms, or suspend, cancel or modify the giveaway, if circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect its integrity or operation. This includes fraud, technical failure or tampering. Any such change is subject to any approvals required by law. Any changes will be published on this page.

19. Social media disclaimer

19.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social platform.

19.2 By entering, you release those platforms from any liability relating to the giveaway.

19.3 The information you provide is given to Voomie, not to the platform.

20. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
