VOOMIE "1 IN 100" GIVEAWAY: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter is Voomie Pty Ltd (ABN 32 672 257 822 in QLD 4214, Queensland, Australia ("Voomie", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of Voomie, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Promotion period
The giveaway starts at 9am AEST on Oct 1 and closes at 9pm AEST on Oct 31 (the "Promotion Period"), or earlier if we end the giveaway under clause 15.

4. How to enter
To enter, go to Voomie Jr: https://voomie.com/pages/october-giveaway-waitlist-voomie-jr and Voomie: https://voomie.com/pages/october-giveaway-waitlist-voomie-sr during the Promotion Period, choose the Voomie product you would like to win from the options shown, and submit a valid email address and Australian mobile number. Limit of one entry per person. One entry per email address, mobile number and device or IP address. Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified. Automated, bulk, bot or third-party entries are not accepted.

5. How winners are chosen
Winners are selected at random by an automated process. Once your entry is received, our email system randomly assigns it to either the "winner" group or the "discount" group. On average, 1 in every 100 valid entries is assigned to the winner group. Winner selection is by chance only and cannot be influenced by the entrant. Every valid entry will receive an email confirming the outcome.

6. The prize
The prize is one (1) [product, flavour and size] of the product the winner selected at entry, with an approximate retail value of up to $[X] (incl. GST). If the selected product is unavailable, we may substitute a different Voomie product of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The total number of prizes is limited to [800] across the Promotion Period.

7. Giveaway streams
This giveaway runs as two separate streams: the Voomie Giveaway (adult products) and the Voomie Jr Giveaway (Voomie Jr products). Each stream has its own landing page, its own entries, its own prizes and its own 1 in 100 odds. Entering one stream does not affect your chances in the other. [You may enter each stream once / You may enter one stream only.] Prizes and discount codes are specific to the stream you entered.

8. Discount offer (non-winners)
Entrants who are not selected as winners will receive an email with a unique [20]% discount code for use on [voomie.com.au]. The code is valid for [90] days from the date of issue, is single use, is tied to the entrant's email address, and cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes unless stated. It will not be applicable in sale periods either. The discount is a thank-you offer only. It is not a prize, and you do not need to use it to enter.

9. Notifying winners
Winners will be notified by email immediately or within [24 hours] of entry, using the details provided at entry. Winners must claim their prize by [following the instructions in the email / confirming their shipping details at the link provided] within [7] days of notification. If a winner does not claim within that time, the prize is forfeited and we may retain it or redraw it.

10. Prize delivery
Prizes will be shipped to an Australian street address (no PO boxes) within [10] business days of the winner confirming their details. Voomie is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by couriers or incorrect details provided by the entrant.

11. Health and product notice
Prizes are dietary supplements. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. The winner is responsible for checking that the product they selected is suitable for them, including any allergens listed on the label. Voomie makes no representation that any prize will produce a particular result.

12. Privacy and marketing consent
By entering, you consent to Voomie collecting your email address, mobile number and product selection to run the giveaway, notify you of the outcome and deliver prizes. You also consent to receive marketing emails and SMS from Voomie, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP. Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy at [https://voomie.com/policies/privacy-policy]. We will not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers (such as email, SMS and courier partners) only as needed to run the giveaway.

13. Disqualification
We may disqualify any entrant who provides false or incomplete details, breaches these terms, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a way we reasonably consider unfair or fraudulent. Our decision is final, and we will not enter into correspondence about it.

14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Voomie is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize or discount code, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. This includes technical failures, delays, or lost or late entries.

15. Social media disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability relating to the giveaway. Information you provide is given to Voomie, not to the platform.

16. General
We may change these terms or suspend, cancel or modify the giveaway if circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect its integrity or operation, subject to any approvals required by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
