The giveaway has two parts: a 1 in 100 Instant Win for people who haven’t ordered from Voomie before, and a Customer Draw for existing customers. We’ll automatically enter you into the correct part based on your details.

If you’re eligible for the 1 in 100 Instant Win, you could win one unit of the Voomie product you select when entering, with free standard shipping within Australia. On average, 1 in every 100 confirmed valid entries wins, with a maximum of 1,000 Instant Win prizes available.

If you’re an existing customer, you’ll go into the Customer Draw, where three winners will each receive a $250 Voomie gift card. Your product selection doesn’t affect this draw.

The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding ACT residents. Employees of Voomie, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the giveaway cannot enter.

If you select a Voomie Jr product, you must be the parent or guardian of the child it is for.

You can enter once per person across the whole giveaway, including the organic and paid-channel versions. If you’ve already entered through another giveaway ad or page, you can’t enter again—only your first valid entry counts.

The entry limit also applies to each email address, mobile number, residential address and device or IP address. Multiple or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

For the 1 in 100 Instant Win, an automated process randomly selects winners when entries are confirmed. On average, 1 in every 100 confirmed valid entries wins, while prizes remain available.

For the Customer Draw, three winners will be selected at random from all confirmed valid Customer Draw entries.

Both are based entirely on chance.

Instant Win entrants will receive an email confirming their outcome. Winners will be notified immediately or within 24 hours of confirming their entry.

Customer Draw winners will be notified by email and SMS within [2] business days of the draw and must reply within [14] days to claim their prize.
