Magnesium Threonate - 72 mg/serve

This specific form of magnesium is known for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, making it particularly effective for cognitive functions. It can enhance memory and overall brain function.

Inulin (Orafti GR) – 1000 mg/serve

A dietary fiber that supports digestive health by promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. Emerging research explores its potential role in connecting gut health to overall well-being.

L-Theanine – 100 mg/serve

Found in tea leaves, L-Theanine promotes relaxation without drowsiness. It can help in reducing stress and anxiety and can improve focus and attention.
