Inulin (Orafti GR) – 1000 mg/serve

A dietary fiber that supports digestive health by promoting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria. Emerging research explores its potential role in connecting gut health to overall well-being.

Siberian Ginseng Root Powder – 250 mg/serve

Traditionally used to increase energy levels and help reduce fatigue, possibly improving mental performance and focus.

L-Theanine – 100 mg/serve

Found in tea leaves, L-Theanine promotes relaxation without drowsiness. It can help in reducing stress and can improve focus and attention.

Magnesium Threonate - 72 mg/serve

Bacopa Monnieri (20:1 extract) – 30 mg/serve (≅ 600 mg dry)

How should I take Flow Fuel?

The recommended dosage of Voomie Flow Fuel is 5 grams (1 scoop), taken 1x times a day with meals or as directed. It's important to follow the instructions on the label or consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement. Grab your favourite cup or bottle. Mix one 5-gram serving with water, juice, smoothies or your favourite beverage. Sip away and get in the flow for the day ahead.

Is Flow Fuel suitable for children?

Voomie Flow Fuel is formulated for anyone over the age of 15. The suitability for children should be assessed by a paediatrician or a healthcare professional. We are working hard to create a Voomie range for children.

How long before I can expect to see results from Flow Fuel?

The timeframe for experiencing benefits can vary. Some individuals may notice improvements within a few weeks, while for others, it might take longer BUT don't worry you got this! Consistent usage as per the recommended dosage is important for best results.

Can Voomie be taken alongside common prescription medications?

    Trying to figure out medication, but in my country it takes a while. Been using voomie for a while and loving the new energy I get. It does not still the thoughts though, but helps with a lot of other symptoms. It tastes great, I just put it is some juice in the morning. Great alternative to medication that does not kill my appetite. Hoping I can use voomie if I get pregnant in the future.

    Love the pineapple (vanilla is too sweet)

    I love the pineapple flavour but unfortunately the vanilla is way too sweet - it’s still alot better than the berry one though.

    I absolutely love the new Flow Fuel flavour, Vanilla. It makes my coffee taste like a vanilla latte without going to a coffee shop. I also like the new lid style, I have left a little of the foil seal on the container so I can get a level scoop.

    The only thing is with my pineapple one the lid was so tight to get off, possibly because of the new foil/metal seal.
