Directions and warnings
Flow Fuel Capsules
Adults only (recommended for ages 15+). Take 2 capsules in the morning.
Intended to be taken in conjunction with 3 Bedtime Bliss capsules in the evening.
Store below 25°C. Do not use if tamper seal is missing or broken.
Warnings
- If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
- Supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
- The maximum dosage is 2 hard capsules daily.
- Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Bedtime Bliss Capsules
Adults only (Recommended for ages 15+). Take 3 capsules, at least one hour before bed. Intended to be taken in conjunction with 2 Flow Fuel capsules in the morning.
Store below 30°C. Do not use if tamper seal is missing or broken.

I have been more stable in my energy and productive overall. I’ve also found that I am able to take on more challenges at work which has helped me to work in higher roles now. Great option if your undiagnosed like myself but know that you probably have adhd and need abit of help. Thankyou guys so much

I am post menopausal and have terrible trouble staying asleep or going back to sleep once I wake. After trying anything and everything, I decided to try Bedtime Bliss.
In all honesty, my sleep is more solid and once I wake, falling back asleep is easier. While I’m still not sleeping through the night, I feel my sleep quality is better.

I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was six years old and have been on and off medication for more than 20 years.
About a year ago, I decided I needed to start taking my medication again, but I really didn't want to rely on it if I could find another option. I started researching natural products that might help support focus and concentration. The problem was that buying all the ingredients individually was expensive, time-consuming, and honestly just a hassle to keep up with.

I took voomie pm last night, and WOW! It had me falling asleep an hour later! It was similar to melatonin for me and fantastic. I took voomie am this morning and when I tell you I’ve never been so concentrated on my studies at work, I mean it! For 3 hours (broken up) I was focussed and able to complete so much without feeling distracted or unable to function. As someone with undiagnosed ocd and anxiety, I’ve never felt better!!
