Bedtime Bliss
Directions: Mix one 5 g serve with 250 mL of water or, for best taste, prepare with warm milk or a milk alternative, 30 minutes before sleep. Reseal after use. Enjoy cold by first mixing one 5 g serve with 25–50 mL of hot water to dissolve the powder, then add in your cold milk or milk alternative.

Love my Voomie flow fuel and especially the bedtime bliss!
I would always feel like my brain was going 100 miles an hour, I’d walk into a room and forget what I was doing, I got easily distracted (regularly) I was not able to concentrate for long periods. Now I can focus and get through my day without the stress of starting 20 things and not completing any of them.
Just when I thought the flow fuel was a game changer then I tried the bedtime bliss. Can I just say that for at least 11year I had struggled getting a decent nights sleep it’s like my brain would refuse to shut off every night, it got to the point of utilising sleeping tablets and sedating antihistamines to get any sleep. My Apple Watch always read poor sleep but since taking the bedtime bliss I have been getting the most amazing night sleep and my watch is showing excellent sleep score!! I am waking up feeling refreshed and well rested and ready to get through the day.
I honestly can’t thank Tarah and Barry enough, you guys have changed my life! My children now have a well rested mumma who now has the energy and the focus to get those everyday tasks done that originally was a challenge doing.

how does this work? seriously. I had been seeing the ads for voomie for YEARS literal years and i thought 'ok its just a natural suppliment thats got pretty branding and paid reviewers' i finally caved cause who doesn't love the colour purple and got the am/pm bundle.
WELL colour me SOLD. I really didn't expect to find a difference, if anything maybe just a nice flavour to add to a morning coffee and late night drink. WRONG. I have my coffee each morning with the vanilla and ooft, i am awake and functioning and can get ship done (see what i did there?!) without my brain just overloading and saying 'not today'. The pm i have in chocolate flavour, mix it with milk and my sleep has improved ten fold. It used to take me a solid hour to get to sleep, now its at most half an hour. I used to wake up five or six times a night sometimes MORE and now its really only when i'm woken (thanks children and puppy) and i go back to sleep really quickly! this is clearly witchcraft - the good kind.
