Flow Fuel
Ingredients
- 1 x 227g can pineapple slices in juice (use all the juice)
- 2 scoops Voomie Pineapple Flow Fuel
- 1/4 cup coconut water
Equipment:
Ninja Creami
Ninja Creami pint tub
Instructions
Pour the entire can of pineapple slices and juice into a Ninja Creami tub.
Add 2 scoops of Pineapple Flow Fuel.
Stir well until fully dissolved.
Freeze the tub for at least 24 hours (make sure it's on a flat surface).
Blending:
Remove the frozen tub from the freezer and take off the lid.
Place the tub into the outer bowl, lock it into the machine, and select Lite Ice Cream.
Once done, remove the tub and add 1/4 cup of coconut water directly into it.
Return the tub to the machine and run Lite Ice Cream again.
Serve immediately in two bowls. Enjoy!

Then whisk to make sure the ingredients are combined. Refreeze, making sure to place the tub on a level surface in the freezer.
