Instructions
Directions: Mix one 5 g serve with 200 mL of water, juice or your favourite beverage in the morning to help you get in the flow.

I have only just started taking the voomie am and the powder flow fuel is a holding place until the capsules come back into stock but I am really enjoying it I mix it in with my hydration powder and phgg fibre powder and have it first thing with my meds you have to love a bit of habit stacking

I normally take the capsules, but as they were out of stock, I decided to give the powder a go instead. I’ve been adding it to my morning smoothie and it’s been great! But I also think the Vanilla flavour would go great in the smoothie as well! I honestly haven’t noticed any difference with taking the capsules compared to the powder. Though, I do find the capsules easier to take and easier to remember because I can have them with my other tablets in the morning and at night. I’ll definitely be buying more capsules once I’ve finished the powder! Hopefully they’re still in stock by then! I honestly can’t live without them now!

So far I'm only using half a scoop and have found it much easier to get tasks done not as distracted and my whole body just feels a little more relaxed and its even helped with some cptsd symptoms. this may be an area worth doing more research in but I have found it very help full.
I would Highly recommend his product for people to try. the mixed berry flavour is great and just taste like juice.
